Allen Lim on Personal Identity


Allen Lim of Boulder shares with us the journey he took on as he started a new business selling his break through product The Secret Mix. For those not familiar with the name, Allen is a master mind training coach and has worked with many of the great American cyclists over recent years that is until he attempted to start a new business. As someone who too is trying to create a small businesses I can relate to Kim's story a lot. This isn't really a story about cycling but more about how sometimes we use our passions like cycling to discover and rediscover who we really are. Enjoy!

Ironman Spotlights Boulder Triathlon Series - 5340 Sprint


June 17th the popular Boulder 5430 Sprint opens up the series as triathletes of all skills take on the 750-meter swim, 17.2-mile bike and 3.1-mile run. Recently Ironman gave some special attention to the Boulder Sprint, check out what they had to say.

The Boulder Tri Series is based in the beautiful, eco-friendly city of Boulder, Colorado. Its natural surroundings make it the perfect place for outdoor recreation. This town is a triathlete’s dream, with ample training roads, mild summer temperatures and an active, health-conscious community. Visitors will enjoy being able to relax in this small town, while having the option to take advantage of activities and amenities found in a larger city. Downtown Boulder has something for everyone, offering a surplus of dining, shopping and entertainment options.

The 5430 Sprint Triathlon is an excellent, early-season event, kicking off the series with a 750-meter swim, 17.2-mile bike and 3.1-mile run. Athletes will start the day with a swim in the cool waters of Boulder Reservoir, followed by a ride through the scenic outskirts of the town and will finish with a flat and fast run course. This short distance is great for beginner triathletes and for those training for the Boulder Peak and Ironman 70.3 events.
